Grady-White Boats Recognizes Hobby Lobby Marine for Model
Year 2010 Sales and Service Excellence
GREENVILLE, NC: Hobby Lobby Marine of Toms River, NJ, has been
recognized for excellence in sales volume and customer service by
Grady-White Boats for the
model year 2010, and received the manufacturer’s Sales Achievement and
Service Excellence
awards at the Grady-White dealer conference held August 15-17 in New
Bern, NC. Grady-White
CEO Eddie Smith and President Kris Carroll made the presentation.
Grady-White closely measures customer satisfaction index scores as rated
in customer surveys.
Service Excellence winners must meet at least 9.25 on a 10-point scale
for the model year. Sales Achievement
is noted for Grady-White dealers that have met or exceeded retail sales
of at least $700,000 for the model year.
